Radio Tower (Near Prison)

When near the base of the tower, it says press "E" to start hacking, but nothing happens. I even tried with the SC69 Software. 

Something does happen, it will disable police dispatch system, so police doesn't get any notification.

No progress bar pops up though, surely it should state that it has done something?

Hi Lincoln thank you for the bug report, the problem is you aren't close enough to the tower to start hacking it even with it prompting you to press E.

Bad localisation, I have fixed this in the next update to make it clearer that you need to be closer to the tower.
