What best describes this incident ?: Hes not valueing his life as i pointed a gun at him and quickly he took up tazer when i was litterly pointed a gun at him

Please (in detail) describe the incident: So i heard he got a tazer and a musket and i wanted to rob him. When i was robbing him he took up a tazer and shot me with a musket when i was litterly pointing a gun at him so there i think he is breaking the rule G2.4 value of life. I have seen this kid gang quite a lot on the server and they are not valueing their life.
