Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was flying towards Research facility in a humingbird and when i was flying outside the zone i got shot by Simon Ross Atlas.

Here is my POV. I did not start shooting you until you had been hovering outside the zone for a significant period of time, and a time which I consider to be long enough to be deemed hovering outside to scout. You can match the timing up from the video at the point where I killed Crimson.

On your video at:

2:11 you start to dump your speed to look into the zone from the protection of outside (abusing zone boundary)

2:32 I killed Crimson

On my Video:

0:30 I kill Crimson

0:37 I start firing at the helicopter

That means for me, you had been hovering outside the zone for almost 30 seconds before I shot, which is long enough IMO for to show that you are looking in to scout etc. at the range you were
