Please (in detail) describe the incident: Clear cut RDM. was following him, he turned around shot me once, then continued running, then turned around again and put me down. NO given demands, NO warnings. This report was made by Tyler a friend of Jack's because the security check glitched out permission was given by Bowen.

Let´s start with the reported party:
At 4:13 in the video, Mario shoots Chipy Triton out of the helicopter without any initiation or prior RP. -> RDM
At 4:44, Mario then proceeds to shoot Jack, again, with no initiation whatsoever. -> RDM

Not much more I need to say when it comes to Mario - since he has a previous ban for the same rulebreak, less than 6 months ago, he will be receiving a 7 day ban for A1.2.

Moving on to Jack himself:
At 2:34 in the video, we can see that his communications have been taken from him (phone icon in the bottom left being crossed out), yet he still manages to send a message to Poseidon. That is a clear case of Metagaming.
Thus he will be receiving a 24h ban for A3.4.

Last but not least: 
Although we don´t have the name of the Poseidon pilot, please be more careful when attempting a rotorblock! In this case it resulted in VDM and this is not something I would like to see again.
