Video will speak for itself, but for the last week this truck on LS Freeway has been causing me & others issues. Recordings are from different days, including just after a restart.

I think that's people doing the Fuel Delivery missions, it's happened to me a few time when ive been close to them too.

 
This is what I meant in my bug report, if you're close to them on a bike, it even kills you

 
Interesting I've never seen that before, but one bug I really hate and can't really blame anyone except the devs of GTA5 (not RPUK) is falling through the map, thought it has only happened to me on FiveM, a bug I did notice however but was told there is not fix, is that sometimes AI drivers will literally brake check the living day lights outta you, caused me to die twice already.

 
Yep trucks trailers were spawned the wrong way which caused a bunch of issues! Thankfully they're fixed now (next update)
