Currently:
You double click to format your image or resize the image, as shown in the image below. Whatever fomatting you apply or whatever scale you apply, it seems to revert to the original image when you post/edit the topic/message.
The message preview works fine and shows the formatted image.
Intended:
For the formatting to stay attached to the image on the post when submitted.
