Please (in detail) describe the incident: Whilst i was already down and processing a first report for another guy for this, Normandy copied his actions and decided to crash his go kart into a medics Orca, who was responding to the first group of Medics being knocked out in this case here "https://www.roleplay.co.uk/topic/127903-report-a-player-chann-altis-life/?tab=comments#comment-739513"

looks to have been a group of people, but cant be sure, apologies for the separate reports, i was processing the first whilst this happened, also the choppy looking cut is me tabbing back in from the processing the other video

Fun fact! The guy that VDMed you in your last report, logged off and changed his name... to normandy. I guess we have a serial offender here and as such I will be increasing his ban from 1 day to 7 days (skipping the two day as per our fairban system due to it being the same offence).
