Please (in detail) describe the incident: was sitting in kav green zone drove past and this was lockpicking vehicles he did it twice then stole a vehicle and drove into a crowed of 5 people i have the video of the first offense and mr harri will be uploading the second we tried to invite him into a ts channel but he wouldn't join

I was with PAR.Zeus as PAR. Harri I apologize this is late I had problems uploading video here is my clip of the VDM https://youtu.be/P_yFqtry0v4 I didn't quite see anything except the VDM happy to talk to staff if required.

Clear breach of lockpicking in a greenzone and VDM. Player will receive a ban.
