Unable to re-equip purchased Mask + Pants

It seems that you are unable to re-equip Masks and Pants from the rail that you have previously purchased. Once equipped with a different mask / pants, you are unable to equip the previous one

It says: "You already own this item."

Attempted to purchase a "No mask" and then re-equip the purchased mask but no luck.

To replicate:

- Purchase a mask from mask store / Purchase pants from Pants rail

- Change clothes at any clothes store using the main editor. This will de-equip the mask that you purchased.

- Attempt to re-equip Mask / Pants and it will fail, stating "You already own this item" when trying to equp.

You have to use a wardrobe in house to change back to them 

As Chili wrote you need a house and a wardrobe to change clothing.
