Incorrect respawn locations

When you bleed out or fully respawn in the city, it respawns you at the Bay Care centre at Paleto, and fully respawning / bleeding out at Paleto causes you to respawn at Pillbox Hospital in the city.

In the change logs, it is stated that when respawning, you respawn at the nearest hospital.

Changed on 4th in changelog must have missed it

As Chilli wrote if you die near pillbox you will now spawn in Paleto Bay
