Please provide full detail and evidence: I was playing as Poseidon at around 11pm on the 23rd when i decided to log off as Poseidon to sell my some of my air vehicles as rebel as i don't use them anymore and would rather have the money, I sold the 3 vehicles which where my Huron, Buzzard and Nurofen i checked and i had all the money from selling them in my bank before logged off i gave it enough time for game save to work, I then logged back on after restart and looked in my bank and i was back down to 26 mil from 35 mil so the money got taken away from me so i logged back on as rebel and i did not have and of the 3 vehicles in my garage.

I do not have any evidence of this as i did not know this was going to happen but i spoke to an admin and he said it all shows up in logs

To allow for a proper investigation into what occurred could you provide a time, even if a rough time, that this happened? 

I'm pretty sure it is around 11 to 12 but not sure sorry

This compensation request is now under review and requests some investigation. This unfortunately cannot be done by me and as such has no ETA on when it's to be completed since it's on someone else's schedule.

Thankfully for you, we have developers and systems in place that allows us to verify these sorts of things. 

What has happened here is you left the server by way of "Alt F4'ing" therefore there was no sync made. Typically if you leave the server the correct way the server automatically makes a sync. This is something you didn't do. 

This is something we don't normally compensate for as it falls under 'User Error' however we believe that because this wasn't clearly stated (although has been made clear now) in our compensation request criteria on our WIKI, compensating you today in good will is the best course of action.

Today compensation will be in the value of £9,750,000 for the following assets you've sold:

• £4,500,000 | B_Heli_Transport_03_unarmed_F
  
• £2,250,000 | I_Plane_Fighter_03_AA_F
  
• £3,000,000 | O_Plane_CAS_02_F
  

Please in future ensure to sync your data and log out normally to avoid anything like this from happening again.
