Cannot get past loading screen. City id and ooc visable but it wont load into city can also hear a train and other city noises. Have tried everything I and others can think of including uninstall multiple programs and reinstalling them plus full windows restore. I've also loaded into another server and it worked fine any help would be appreciated. . Steam id is 76561199093859601 Thank you. Jeff.
