Please (in detail) describe the incident: Got a message about some guys chasing some people in our lands, I respond to the situation and get ripped without any interraction by Nax.
GeneralVZ lands his chopper there and gets rdmed aswel by Markus boss.

I tried to get them into liaison but they did not want to talk.

From the evidence provided and previous history with these two it is pretty clear its a shoot first think after mentality. They are both fairly new and maybe struggle to understand the same rule a couple of times over. Hopefully 7 days will be enough to prompt them to look here or over the rules page. 

Both players have received a 7 day ban and will get no more chances following fair ban system.
