Hello! 
In order facilitate our ever growing servers, we felt the need to introduce a new system to hopefully streamline the process of getting help from the Staff Team, you'll now notice a new category inside of our Discord server as shown below - Tickets!
Tickets are not a replacement of any of our existing help channels and shouldn't be treated as such. Please have a read over #open-ticket before opening a ticket!
Once you've selected a support category, a new channel will be created which you'll be automatically granted permission to see. Only yourself and the Staff Team are able to see into this ticket by default. Once your issue / request has been resolved, the ticket will be logged and closed.
If you have any suggestions, issues or concerns relating to tickets, please do feel free to let myself, @Stavikor @Drewknow.
