Keep crashing at spawning character

Ive tried 4 different times now, 3 times with the added -b2189 thing, and the last one without it, after selecting my character, it does the character switch thing and zooms out, but as it zooms out, I crash. No fix yet

*UPDATE*

I tried a different character, after maybe 3-5 minutes, I crashed again and unable to play as that character without crashing.

No problem, it just happened again as I type this. Its unfortunately unplayable at the moment and hope that no one else experiences this
