I agree, its always really annoying when the Pesky Weasel news ring you up whilst you are trying to police!

I like the idea, I would also like to see a "Block" feature so this person can never call you again

 
Either a do not disturb mode or maybe another way your phone rings and you get a notification in the top of your screen instead of it bringing your phone up?
