Licences and Job levels gone.

I played GTA RP around 2 months ago, I had the commercial drivers licence and park ranger licence and was level 2 in mechanic(I believe, it was 2 months ago.) I came back today because I heard that the park ranger job had been fixed and I might have my levels, as I farmed it for literally 4-5 hours and didn't level up once(Faheem can attest to this.) When I checked today if I had in fact gotten the levels, It turns out that I didn't, and I have lost most if not all my licences and levels.

No info on who you are and what license you claim to have lost. 

And have no idea who this faheem is. 

@Cody MacCaigAs this is possibly an individual issue, if this is still a problem please raise a ticket on Discord #open-ticket and a member of the development team with database access may be able to assist you.
