Unable to go past loading screen?

One of the problems on the bug forum that has been solved and now i cant get through the loading screen is there any chance you could give me a hand my steam id is 76561199006173012

also did you crash in character creation as if you did that's why

Make sure you have downloaded the latest GTA update.

Also have you tried:

• clearing your cache
  
• reinstalling Fivem 
  
• loading into gta 5 storymode then reload into Fivem
  

Them steps are just the first things you do if you have any Fivem loading issues. If you still have issues open a ticket on discord as you will get much better help other there
