What best describes this incident ?: G2.3 (Must remain in character at all times )& G4.4 (Acting injured while downed).

Please (in detail) describe the incident: So recently this player filed a report against me on the forums due to me clearly breaking a rule in the evidence linked. I received a 2 day ban for breaking the fearRP rule which I fully admit too and have no real argument against but this isn't why I made this post. The reason I'm making this post is because the player who recorded me actually broke 2 rules in the evidence (G2.3 & G4.4) these rule breaks led to him receiving a verbal warning. I'm not here to cry about my ban I just think its a little bit unfair to see him receive a warning for breaking more rules than I did initially, I know that staff word is final I have already tried to speak with a member of staff about the incident via TeamSpeak he explained that there wasn't a lot he could do as he couldn't question another member of staffs decision, but I just wanted to post this and give my side of the story.
