Please (in detail) describe the incident: Well yesterday Father was taken hostage for a boys wanting turf, calling themselves the alter boyz but i was speaking to them prior to the incident and agreed to be a hostage cause they are fellow irishmen , they wouldnt mean any harm etc and if i cooperated they would to etc , So yesterday one was arrested and got him out of prison , but it was around the time stamp in my VOD around 1 hour and 46 minutes? was when i was talking to get him out , but the main thing is after a police officer came into my stream and said I HEARD YOU LIED TO ME AT PD , then said Someone just told me you left the PD and said on the radio i hope they believe that , which ive watched my vod over and over again and i didnt say that , you can see his messages in my stream around the time stamp at 2:13-2:15. ( this is hours) sorry i am bad at typing and this looks like a big mess, father doesnt have much IQ . but the name of his twitch is also IMASONN , its meta gaming , you can also see me leaving the PD at 1:52

Right so this is quite the unexpected report. So i guess im being reported for the rule G3.1 which is

(G3.1) OOC Information - Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay is considered metagaming and punishable by a ban. This includes but is not limited to: Twitch Streams, forum information and Steam messages.

As the father has stated he was kidnapped by the "Alter boyz" sometime after the 8pm restart. Im unsure what happened as i wasnt there as i was just roleplaying most of the night behind the desk at PD helping people. As i headed down to the cell to see if anyone was there i seen PC Reece Kidd dealing with one of the Alter boyz. I started speaking to the guy and he explained to me he was innocent and was a hostage along with Father Augustus. He gave me the fathers number to call him to get a statment so he came down to the PD to give a statement and ID'd the individual who we had in custody. The father told us that the man we had was also a hostage with him and after a bit of chatting the father left the PD. PC Reece Kidd then and dealt with the suspect and i left to escort the father out and return to the frontdesk and that was about as far as my dealings with the situation went and i went on my merry way.

Regard the comments i made in his stream. I was told by a friend on discord that when the father left the PD he made a comment along the lines of "I hope he believed that". I asked him how did he know this and he said he was watching his stream. As i have only ever had good interactions with the father i decided to have a look at his stream and give him a follow. When i joined that is when i made a sort of tongue in cheek comment regarding what happened. As you see from the time stamps the father left the PD at 01:52:50 and i made my first comment at 02:13:06 that is 20+ minutes after the situation was done. As it states in the rule 'Using out of character information to influence the course of roleplay' during the time that i was on the server this information was not used in anyway to influence the course of roleplay it was only used out of game (His twitch chat) so im unsure as to how i could be breaking this rule.

@Mason I think i might've clicked that by accident but i did ask you a couple questions yday on stream and said i didnt say that im pretty sure?
