In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I think I was banned because I asked the the admin if he was stupid. This is because he asked my why I was speaking OOC while a paramedic asked my what happened to me.

Why should we unban you ?: I think I should be unbanned because this is my first offence in any server I have read every single rule and I've been an admin in other servers, I'm not going to tell someone how to do their job so i would understand if I was not the be unbanned. I understand I shouldn't of reacted this way but to be honest all I heard was some random guy asking me this question. I understand that I have to remain IC all the time but it should be a way to speak to the paramedic so they can see what injuries the player has.

@Lennon0001That's not quite accurate as to why you were banned for C1.2. Can you remember what you started calling the admin after he started to speak about why you were talking OOC and threatening to report?

@George HarrisAfter the incident I went to sleep, when I was writing the appeal I was thinking as much as possible that's why I have stated 'I think' as I like to involve both sides of the story but you said about OOC the 'ban' was for C1.2 which is discrimination I have reread the rules to make sure of this and I'm only appealing this because its the only reason it states why I'm banned, if I have to appeal the OOC I'm more than happy to. But the OOC isn't a rule on the forums, the only rule I've seen about OOC is 'OOC abuse' I was explain my injures to the paramedic so they know what they are seeing in their eyes. Im gonna make it very simple here, im gonna give you one chance to come forward with us. 
be honest what you did, And give a damn good reason why you thought it was justified to do this.? 

@Jefke VI've messaged my friend that I was in with when it happened and he records his gameplay and audio when he was playing rocket league at the time, so I've asked him if he could send me the clip of when it happened and me and him have come to the conclusion that I indeed wrong from what I said. I said "Are you stupid? You retard the NHS is asking me a question" I don't think I was in the wrong but we think it should be justified because I was frustrated because I was hit by a gruppe 6 and he just ignored the fact so I was trying to get his ID to report. I'm very sorry if I have offended the admin, if I'm given a second chance I'll make sure to remember to keep my thought to my self and bite my tongue and treat admins with respect as well as every other player I come into contact with. It does not matter what has happened to you in game it does not justify you chucking abuse at a staff member who was trying to give you a warning so you did not get banned. Given this is your first ban you will be given 1 more chance. ANYTHING similar to this situation will be a permanent ban and you will not be able to appeal for at least 6 months. Dont make me regret this decision
