New gates seem client-sided

This might be something @Archieimplemented to fix the doors being half open for some people and closed for others (I could be wrong he'll be able to explain better) 

 
@Warwick What Archie has done is great - but the client-side issue still remains as a gate can be closed and locked for you whilst someone else can drive straight through it
