Please (in detail) describe the incident: We hosted a party and advertised it heavily on twitter, we had a laugh and had the Marabunta and Apostles in attendance. Half way thru the event we had a masked man walk in and just spray the party up, we got our guys up and did abit of digging to find the guy that matched the description. After abit of digging and a tweet from a man called Frenchie who had previous beef with us we sussed it was his as we had a previous shootout early on the 14th. We searched around for ages and i asked Kev if he knew where he is/who he was/ what car, Kev told me a blacked out E63. Headed to hospital and chased him down, we eventually managed to pull him and point guns at him, he then started to say he did not know how to put his hands up, which a player who is known to have guns and a merc, i would like to think he knows how too.
After this he spent more than a minute slowly dropping things, I knew he was taking the mick by dropping slowly and with 2 guns and a knife, i think he broke the value of life rule, as no one would be doing that IRL with all the threats to his head, we where 90% sure that he still had the murder weapon on us, so as a result i shot him in the head because he was clearly taking the mic.
We then wanted to take him to a location and execute him, the only person that knew where was taking him was my 4 guys and Darren from the Apostles. His boys then turned up and just shot as us. Managed to get revived but no way they should have known where we where taking him.
Heard from my guys that he was taken away by an admin, but not sure what came of it, feel free to close this if it was dealt with.
Spoke to Warwick about his player ID after the event:
