Please (in detail) describe the incident: Just want to start off by saying, my AMD Replay only records voice through local chat and not through radio.
We were told by another gang member that the player (379) attempted to rob him at gun point near Autocare, we got a vehicle description and seen him on Vinewood Blvd robbing another person. Once Triads arrived, he was held at gunpoint by 3 other Triads where he complied with us but shortly after decided to get into his vehicle and flee from us.
I started to chase down the player and when I eventually caught up to him, i tazed him out the vehicle and tazed him again until the Triads managed to catch up and continue the situation from Vinewood Blvd, but before they got their he decided to combat log in front of me.
We decided to wait and see if he came back, upon rejoining the server and spawning in we raced towards him to get his ID as my video did not capture it.

I decided to check hospital in case the guy was there, I never said anything to him or showed any show of violent and decide to walk out the hospital where ID 379 friend (ID 159) whips out a gun and shoots me in the head without saying a word. -
