Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were just sitting at the Triad area having a laugh where we heard a lot of explosion, one being a petrol canister at turf. I didn't think anything of it then I see a helicopter flying in from the petrol station and flew straight into us sitting at Triads then flew backwards again towards us before blown up and killing 2-3 Triads.

Police shortly arrived and helped up the downed triads.

Hello @Sir Liam

I'd like to apologise for the time it has taken to conclude this Report a Player. 

It's evident in the footage that you provided that this guy clearly intended to kill people with his helicopter whilst using it as a weapon. He quite clearly then combat logged.

Therefore in line with the Fair Ban System a ban will be issued under the following rule(s);

• (G1.1) Random Vehicle Death Match (RVDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (Running players over, causing explosions, ramming player vehicles) without a valid roleplay reason is considered RVDM.
  
• (C2.3) Combat logging - Logging out at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a permanent ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).
