The fishing keybinds are currently non-customisable. This makes it very difficult for people with 1/2 keyboards who need to use the windows on-screen keyboard, or people with those keybinds assigned to flying / other controls

 
This has now been resolved by being able to use normal 1-9 as well as numpad
