Please (in detail) describe the incident: A white audi rs6 was hanging around the ballas turf as we approach to see what he was after he would drive off this happened multiple times before he come back the final time at a high speed and rammed into a member of the ballas for no given reason. I have linked a clip of the incident below. The ID of the person who caused this was ID 327. This player also never spoke when approaching us.

Here is a clip of him loitering around before hand too he was clearly up to something.

I can confirm 327 (Alex Brownley) was banned for Mass VDM for this exact reason whilst in game. 

No action will be taken on this report as he has been banned for it already from admin spectating and has not been on since.
