Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hi I'd like to report a player and would appreciate if he can get banned also. I was driving passed legion after i dropped my friend off to the hospital as he just got VDmed. Then i see multiple ppl on the floor so decide to be a good samaritan and help out, little did i know someone will run me over in the process. I got his ID in the clip so this should be sufficient evidence. I may have said some ooc stuff like "your getting banned" which i do apologise for breaking RP but frustration was high. sorry but hope he gets what he deserves.

Okay so ID 322 - Lekan Lekan Akinsoji Will be receiving a 1 day ban for G1.1

However, you will also be receiving a 1 day ban for:

(G2.3) Roleplay Everything - You must remain in character at all times, unless a uniformed Admin authorises you to speak out of character.

I get that in a situation like that you would be frustrated and i get that its not fun for you. But you also cannot break character like that and it really did not seem as though you were too annoyed, just seemed like you thought it would be funnier to say he would get banned. In that situation and any future situations you are required to just stay quiet, report (get comp if you lost anything with proof of course) and move on. Not break character.
