Ducky Pacific law office

Founded and owned by Kenny Ducky; a licensed solicitor.

We mainly work with criminal law and will be there in your time of need when you need us the most. We will represent you if you are arrested all the way from the police station until trial. We also offer claims for compensation you may wish to make against organisations in the city if you have been wronged in any way. We take on any client that needs our help and work on a strictly no win, no fee basis. Fees will be discussed on an individual basis with the client varying in price based on the charges presented and amount of work needing to be done.

Representing organisations

We also welcome any requests for legal advice from organisations. We are currently working as the legal department for The Apostles so any conflicting enquires with this group will be evaluated and possibly dismissed.

Fee structure

All cases that we decide to take on after speaking to the client will be based on a strictly no win, no fee basis. Pro bono cases will also be considered on an individual basis where the firm deems the individual as requiring our assistance without a means to pay. Again this will be evaluated and discussed with each client.

Vacancies

As a newly established firm we are also looking to take on licensed solicitors within our city so please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Bulletin post #1

I just want to thank everybody who has contacted us in support of our law office opening. We will update this page with bulletin posts to keep track of work we carry out for our clients as well as keep the community updated on our operations.

Legal and proposal documents

We are pleased to announce that we now offer a service in terms of writing legal documents. This can range from correspondence between parties that you intend to look official to government proposals. We have already taken on work to write an official government proposal for an upcoming group in the city as well as three business proposals for businessmen. The fee structure for this service will be discussed on an individual basis, we are aware that these documents are extremely important so please take our assurance that all of our resources will be put into making it the best it can be. The document will be rectified until you are happy with it.

Client work

Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson was detained and was facing charges of: Failure to stop, driving a vehicle without a license, theft of a vehicle, possession of a fire arm, dangerous driving and possession of a deadly weapon (machete). He was facing 240 months in jail. After consulting with our client we managed to drop 2 of the 6 charges and get his sentence reduced down to 90 months.

Current operations

We are also currently working on two high profile claims brought forward by our clients. Our two clients intend to walk away with compensation in advance of £3,500,000 after all of the claims are brought forward. Please keep an eye out on future bulletin posts for updates on these cases. As always we are always taking on new clients so please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Base of operations Announcement

Let us once again begin with the fact that we appreciate all of our clients and business partners for their support. We will be releasing our weekly bulletin on Sunday outlining our work in more detail.

The purpose of this post is to formally announce that we have established our new base of operations in the City Hall. More specifically on the second floor offices. All of our client work and meetings will not be held here (exemptions like the PD and penitentiary apply). We will update our directory this weekend with the contact details of all firm partners and employees should you wish to contact them. We have also established a discord that we are in the process of setting up to allow clients to join and contact us when we are out of the city. This is currently being worked on and will be announced shortly.

For now here are some pictures of our new headquarters.

Monthly Update

Let us start with an apology for the lack of bulletin posts. We are going to be switching to monthly posts to better suit the amount of work we are carrying out.

Father Augustus v The Police

We are proud to share that after a road traffic accident involving Father Augustus, he was awarded £500,000 in damages after Kenny Ducky represented him in a civil law suit.

Billy Stevens life incarceration appeal

Kenny Ducky represented inmate Billy Stevens in an appeal to be granted parole by the court of Los Santos. Billy was serving a life sentence before reaching out to Kenny who worked tirelessly on his case before winning the appeal in court; leading to Billy being released and given another chance at life.

Leonard Fairs (Representing the police) v Hamza Smith

Claimant accused the police and courts of insufficient evidence before carrying out a house raid. Leonard Fairs representing the police presented evidence to show that the claimant was very likely involved in the crimes that were used as reasoning for the house raid and pushed for a further vehicle seizure. Case decided in our favour resulting in no damages being paid and a vehicle seizure (KIA Stinger) being seized from the claimant.

Criminal Justice work

We continue to do invaluable work in the holding cells by providing individuals free legal assistance and working on getting them the justice they deserve.
