Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was buying a house from someone but the people who were selling logged off right after taking the money.
I was told to go inside the house, I went and when I got there, no one was inside, came straight out and no one was there as well. I try to go back inside and there is "No one home".

Hi,

This player did not disconnect after having taken that money off you, instead he exited the house as you were being let in. Whilst you were distracted looking for him inside the house he used that time to leave the area. This is a clear example of exploiting a game mechanic as realistically, you can't pass through a door with someone without bumping into / seeing the other person walk through. Using the fact houses are instanced to make a quick getaway is not acceptable.

To be clear, scamming is not against the rules, but not using common sense and abusing game mechanics is.
