What best describes this incident ?: Homophobic Slur

Please (in detail) describe the incident: Just talking to the police about a shoot out, some guy runs over antagonising but shouting homophobic slurs. This happened at around 2:15 am.

Apologies, as stated in my description field and due to the 24 hour thing being clearly too much for me to figure out, the actual time of the incident was 2:15am.

Pretty clear use of derogatory language here. Player will be banned Permanently under C1.2. Thankyou for the report.
