Please (in detail) describe the incident: We were just at the clubhouse and he comes over says one word and starts shooting, without any form of roleplay.

Thank you for the video, now after watching this longer video I can see & hear that you, nor any of your gang members have any inkling that you're going to be pulled up on and shot. 

To me that would suggest that this is infact a case of RDM and in turn Don Baldy will be receiving a ban following the Fair Ban System

Action Taken: Husam Khan (Don Baldy) Permenant Ban issued G1.2 RDM
