Please (in detail) describe the incident: guy stole my truck came back into the cargo place so i locked him in and told him to get out the truck he then began to run me over several times

With you not showing a longer video I unfortunately am going to have to decline this report on the grounds of not enough evidence. 

Please note in future we do require a video with at least 2-3 minutes leading up to the situation that you're reporting. This is so that we can get a brief understanding of everything leading up to the rule break, with only being able to see a small 0:34 second clip I cannot tell if you have antagonised the player within the past few minutes and that's what's lead to the killing of yourself.
