Please (in detail) describe the incident: i used ym horn while i was 50 meters away from him he keeps beeing fast or didnt dodge. aswel he didnt helped me up in any way.

(HE USED THE WORD "NPC" and i made clear im not such thing)

nah they didnt since they didnt know how. at the end i tryed to tell him how but than he told me it is to mutch work for him so he drove off.

As much as I appreciate how annoying this was for you, unfortunately this situation would be considered a 'Road Traffic Accident' and not VDM.
