Sudden Short FPS Dropps

So i have recently noticed my FPS drops to 0 for 5-15 sec at the time, i have been trouble shooting on myself and not been able to fix it. When i spoke to some people today i found out they also got it and said lots of people had the same issues. I couldn't see a bug report so i thought id report it in, unsure if this is CFX or RPUK issue but still an issue that needs looking at. 

Is a CFX problem and it has already been reported towards them. Moved to rejected
