Please can you provide a longer video showing you reconnecting after the server crash. This will show me whether the server synced or not with the hand you played.

No because I didn't join back that day, once the server went down I didn't reconnect because it was early morning. I have lost the £50,000 chips entirely. Even if the server synced I was not able to play my game of blackjack with the right rules and layout. I was given a hand in which I could not hit or stand on and didn't have the dealer card shown to me. Even in the outcome the server had synced and I truly lost the hand as the dealer may have had a higher card, I was not given my right to decide to stand, hit or see what card the dealer had. Therefore the game was unfair and I am asking for my money back. The server could have synced I could have won that hand, so should I now claim for £100,000? No. £50,000 was put into the game and I request £50,000 back as the game was not played as it was meant to.

Ok so, looking at our systems the server did not crash but, you timed out to the server. Because of this it falls under:
Client Issues ( Your game crashed not due to a server error - This is your own responsibility )
