House garage on the roof

I own house number 871 on Las Lagunas Blvd.2027400380_DesktopScreenshot2021_04.30-12_06_43_35.png

The garage is currently set to be on the roof.2055922940_DesktopScreenshot2021_04_30-12_06_24_30.png

Vehicles can be stored only on the roof and they spawn there as well. I'm on a bike on the screenshot below

I've spoken to some people who have houses in the same building and apparently they have the same issue
