Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had just collected my bike from lower legion, there was a white balled LWB there at the time and a guy in a Merc. My back wheel was popped when i recovered the bike so was heading back to the lost clubhouse to get a repair kit. All of a sudden I was hit off my bike with nothign being said or the person stopping to see if i was ok. Luckly i did not die as i had armour on. A little bit later a member of the lost messaged me on discord and asked if i had just been hit off my bike, I said yes. He said he was watching Luke's stream and saw he had hit me off my bike and driven off and did i want a clip of it as he had shadow play. (The guy who clipped it was not in the city at the time.) After this i waited for the clip then tried to ask for Luke in OOC and on discord but heard nothing.

As you can see this is a clear VDM as we had not spoken prior to this and i had only just got in to the city myself, You can hear me scream and he contiues to drive off.

@LukeDutchIs there anything you would like to say/add before i proceed dealing with this report?

Luke has commented on my page saying sorry for running me over and saying it will not happen again, I will leave it up to the admins if they think that is good enough as i think it shouldnt of happened in the first place.

Alright I gave Luke a chance to comment and he has not done so. I saw the thing he commented on your page too. Quite a clear case of VDM here really, there is not much you can say, he clearly knew you were there and even swirwed into you halfway through the ram and then smirked when you screamed and continued driving like nothing happend, no remorse shown or him comming back and apologising ingame as it happend.
