Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was sat in traffic on patrol when a bently speeds past me i run his plate as to check who he is and he comes back and just starts ramming into me with literally no rp or previous interaction

Its a pretty clear case of VDM but also Baiting here. I will be pushing the ban on VDM G1.1 and he will be getting a 1 day ban.
