Please provide full detail and evidence: Was at the Casino and had bet 150k on the blackjack table i was given 2 2's but it had said 12 so i went of the number the ui said and then it said that I had lost with 19 when dealer had 17

Hello there and thank you for opening a compensation request, as shown in the video you had 2+2+3+4 which is 11 in total and the dealer had 9 +8 "17"which is a higher number than your own, I can also see a visual bug on the video that shows you a higher number however it is just a visual bug and has no effect on the actual numbers, the number you actually have is the cards you have on the table.
