Please (in detail) describe the incident: My mates were at the mine and I was in the city helping someone else out. they radio in saying someone has stolen their truck so they follow it and manage to crash into the truck so it broke. they then texted me the GPS so I came but the guy got away in a civ car. Just before I arrived he came back in a car and ran my mate over but luckily he didn't die. (unfortunately i didn't have my footage recording at that point of time). i then followed the guy down the hill and crashed into him and he eventually got out of the car. The guy was on his own and i put a gun to his head and told him to drop everything, radio, phone etc. This guy didn't touch his radio or phone but his mate magically appears out of no where and just runs me over. no RP involved at all. i only managed to get the ID of one of them which was 465. I then typed in OOC and asked for him to come to ts but he was like there is nothing that needs to be discussed. attached is that screenshot. i then waited in the ts call for 5mins to see if he would come and talk to resolve this but he didn't and there is a screenshot of that. attached is also a link to the situation. unfortunately I only clipped the last minute worth

Hello @Haza, apologies for the delayed response.

Unfortunately the only ID I am able to see in the video is the one of Freddy Gun, not the driver of the car. As such I have no way of identifying this person.

As for the actions of Freddy the supplied clip really doesn't show much and from what I can tell he breaks no rules in said clip.
The friend knowing your location is not sufficient proof that a rule break has occurred.

As for any other potential rule breaks I would need a video or some kind of evidence to be able to judge these.
As such I will unfortunately have to deny this report on the basis of lack of evidence.
