Please (in detail) describe the incident: After jumping the queue at trucking depot to get his job quick, I got out to ask him to stop.

He swore at me and continued spawning a container, so I asked him once more to stop.

To this, he replied an insult towards my mother before running me over (not caught on VOD unfortunately).

I waited for him with the management of the trucking depot at the time for him to come back so we could speak to him. However, he proceeded to run them over as well as myself again. I would first like to comment on your first clip, the one where you are following the truck in a car. Here I see nothing wrong, at least from the short clip provided. You are after all following him with guns drawn and so it would only make sense that he tries to save himself by stopping you in any way possible, including ramming your car. Remember that VDM is only a rulebreak if it is without a valid roleplay reason.

However, your second clip is more interesting. Here I think it is quite apparent that this person is not here to roleplay in any serious capacity.
His roleplay whilst down on the ground can barely be considered roleplay and his intentions are made even more clear when he promptly combat logs.
This is of course not something we want to ever see on the server.

Luckily due to the clear video of his session ID I was able to identify the player, I was also able to see that he made no attempt to reconnect to the server and continue the situation.
As such he will be banned under C2.3 for his blatant combat log and G4.4 for not acting accordingly when injured.
