Please (in detail) describe the incident: So only been back after 6 months for about an hour or two and this is my first ever interaction with the so called white-listed faction "vagos"
Wanted to find out a bit about who they are representing but instantly was being hit with high egos left right and centre, which was pretty cringe imo, now I know i wasn't the best when it came to RP back when i played but this scenario right here makes me look like a saint. Piss poor RP no initiation whatsoever other than come outside, the worst i thought was going to happen would be either a fist fight or a knife fight after some words were exchanged but these boys just ran straight out of a busy public casino stabbed us like it was nothing and walked right back on in into a public casino again. For a white-listed group they aint setting the right example.
Even tho multiple people pulled out guns and were apart of the killing, picked out these two as flat cap guy stabbed me and the other actually pulled the trigger.

Tried to resolve, response I got is shown.

Did you expect to get mouthy with a gang in public and be taken on a tour of the City or something? Calling people cringe in game when he is literally RP'ing being a gang LEADER. There's nothing cringe about it, it's literally the point of the server. If you don't know who people are in the City that is up to you to familiarise yourself with that information so you know how to talk to certain people. We literally RP to people all day who don't know what's what and they all walk away just fine because they understand how to talk to people who are quite clearly a gang within the City.

Hello, I was involved in this incident as ID:140, As demonstrated in the clip the "Victims" were mouthing off for no reason to a group of 6 gang members. After the attempted verbal abuse they were asked to step outside and proceeded to do so, It was clear what the intention was and for mouthing off and acting big they got put in the hospital. Im happy to clear this up further if need be

He's the leader and hes pulling off stuff like that? As another white-listed group of the server I expect the same quality that the lost provide.

So it was clear that I was going to be stabbed within 5 seconds of leaving the casino, seriously? 

@Jake You posed as a threat inside of the casino and willingly wanted to take it outside we all know what that means, We are not gonna take a chance at you pulling out a weapon first. I have said all that is needed i will now wait for the admins to give their opinion on this sitatuion.

First of all I would like to clarify something. There is no such thing as a "whitelisted faction". The highest 2-3 ranks are chosen and whitelisted, no more than that. 

Now on to the actual report:
 

@JakeI am not entirely sure what you were trying to achieve by challenging an entire gang like that, thinking you would get away unharmed...? 
Your behaviour was rather hostile from the start and I am almost certain that you knew exactly where this scenario is going to lead you. Since it is physically not possible to harm someone inside the casino with a weapon, they asked you to come outside and just because you assume it will be a fistfight, does not mean that is what is gonna happen. 

On top of all that, not being scared of a gun pointed at your head is not only silly but also a rulebreak. I highly advise you and your friend to read up on those asap.

Furthermore, the attitude displayed here and the title of the provided video "tHe FuCkIn vAgOs lAd", makes it look like your frustration has gotten the better of you, which in no way will help you out with these kinda things. Keep it mature and on point in future.


Moving on to Vagos:

Although it is absolutely in your right to act hostile towards people and live the "tough gang life" in game, I´m sure you can do much better than that! 

Did they have it coming? - Possibly.
But this server is about roleplay, not about who gets the upper hand quicker. You guys have been granted your own turf, you are expected to roleplay to a higher standard than others and you would do well to remember that.


Considering the context of the situation, I will leave it at a warning for both parties. Make sure to keep said things in mind and act appropriately in future.
