Hello @tropics- In order for a staff member to deal with this report, a longer video would be required.

Please provide a video showing 3-5 minutes leading up to the situation.

Unfortunately we can not action a report wihtout having the full context of the situation. I would recommend you set up your recording to capture a couple minutes more, so we will be able to prperly deal with future reports.
