Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had just gotten out of Paleto hospital and began driving down to the fishing shop when i decided to stop and repair the car. Whilst doing this somebody who we had no dealings with before drove in front of my car and reversed into me without saying a word. Then then continued to try to run me over before eventually leaving once i got into the car. Whilst trying to contact him in OOC for over 15 minutes I then noticed him using OOC to ask an in game question, i will attach screenshots of that as well.
