Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me, PCSO LucasV , SGT Phoenix (who was live streaming at the time); responded to a fuel station robbery over at Agios fuel. They gave poor RP by saying 'get out the car and ill shoot you' - without any form of negotiation they purely based the RP on the fact that if anyone exited a car they would be fired upon, PCSO LUCAS V was behind us near the road, they opened fire almost immediately resulting in a gunfight. They then made extreme remarks on the floor at the fuel station. And once again after we sent them to jail and I don't want to repeat what they said here as I feel like it's not okay to say these things [BTW MY MIC DOES INFACT FUNCTION, HOWEVER THE RECORDING SOFTWARE DOESN'T REGISTER IT]. Hello. 

After going through the evidence a couple of times, I can not see any Racist / Extreme remarks that would justify handing out a C1.2. The referencing of specific sensitive topics should however not happen wihtin RP and it is understandable that it might be upsetting to people. 

Therefore a warning will be handed out to Jake for C1.7 (common sense). He should be very careful in future as to what he brings into RP and what he does not, if he wants to continue playing on our servers.

Something I am not happy with either tho, is a police officer giving out information on teamspeak, after being downed. 
Eventho you might be of the believe that you are the victim of a rulebreak, it does not give you absolution to break rules yourself. Thus, a warning will also be handed out to PCSO LucasV [2872] for breaching A4.4.
