Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had just relogged as I respawned still in cuffs, I wonder around Paleto a little and call my friend to pick me up. I stand outside the hospital, ID 237 rams and kills me, along with Harvey Long. The only prior interaction I had with him is seen in the video as he asks me what am I doing a couple minutes prior.

ID 237 - Tommy Rifford - As per the fair ban system he will be receiving a permanent ban for G1.1 (RVDM) 

In the video Tommy Rifford shows no prior engagement with Andrew Murphy or Harvey Long to warrant being ran over.
