In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.: I was banned for combat logging in a rp situation in the prison when a group 6 put me in a cell and i logged out

Why should we unban you ?: First of all i was going to log out of the server until a situation happened where a group 6 said i had a phone on me and was trying to remove it from me, so he handcuffed me and i was transported to a prison cell where it was locked with me in it. i logged out after i was in the prison cell and thought the situation was over. i could have gained an advantage in other situations like being dumped by a rival gang. although i dont feel i gained anything by logging out when i assumed the scenario was over i can see how this could be a problem.
if i was to be unbanned i would take precautions within rp situations and make sure they are over until logging out next time.

Can you remember what you said to gruppe6 while been escorted to a cell ? 

Not really i was really tired i wanted to go to bed but i think i said something along the lines of i want to go to sleep? or fly out @DELETER
Was an honest mistake and if you take the time to unban me i can promise you it wont happen again.

So be honest, was this just because you couldn't be bothered to finish the roleplay with him?

At the time of the situation I was placed inside the cell . and I assumed the situation was over and I was supposed to serve my time in there. I already had it in my mind to go to sleep and just ride out my sentance until this situation happened with the G6 member.  If I had known more RP was about to take place I wouldn't have taken it upon myself to log out as I know that takes away from the experience of the other party. I understand I broke a very important rule on the server which is in place to ensure fun balanced and enjoyable roleplay for everyone involved.  If i was to be unbanned, and I hope I get the chance to prove, I would always do my best to ensure I was never in an active roleplay scenario before exiting the server. This isn't a mistake I have ever made before and not one I would ever intend to make again. I've really enjoyed my time in the server so far and have made some great friends. I do apologise to everyone involved who was effected and I can promise to always put 110% effort into my roleplay in the future

So you're saying you logged out AFTER you were put into the prison cell and left alone?

No i am not saying left alone but i logged out when i was in the cell not locked but if i was to be unbanned you could see where i logged out and its inside the cell i can put that on my life its the first cell if you walk in to the left. 
I really had to go i just wanted to let my friend know i was in prison for 720 months and go to sleep because i had to get up early early in the morning and this situation kicked off and took me an extra 20 minutes so i really wanted to log out and i was in the cell when i logged out but he didnt walk away nor lock it but i know after i flew out he wouldve locked it. 
Its my first offence for any sort of ban, ive been playing for a few months now and ive never done anything like this if you were to unban me it would stay the same i would take precautions with stuff like this even more than before to make sure it doesnt happen again. i apologise for the short cut of rp for the Group 6 player and even in times where i need to fly out i will not fly out till its all over even in frustation.

Well from reading your ban notes and your appeal there is a difference in the stories I do not believe you thought the RP was over, the G6 officer was still in RP with you, so I suggest you are fully honest with us if you wish for this appeal to go well.

Also what would you do differently if you get unbanned from this and are put in a similar situation where you are stuck in RP but have to log out due to something irl may it be time to sleep since it's late or something different that would require you to log out, how would you handle this in the future is my question?

I will be fully honest i didnt know 100% the situation was over so yeah i didnt think it was over and i will not repeat the same mistake if i was to be unbanned. if i were unbanned i would not log out before knowing an rp situation was over i would wait 10 minutes extra to see if anything else occurs while im in the city and then log out, even in frustation i would not consider logging out and risking everything i have made for myself over the last few months in the server. if it was a IRL situation where i had to go i would try to end it quicker but not log out. if i were to combat log out due to an IRL situation it would have to be serious and put me in danger but if its something like i need to be asleep for this time and get up early i would take an extra 10 or so minutes to make sure that the situation is over next time if you take the time to unban me.

So now we've gone from you being completely alone and the situation 100% over, to the situation being over but people being around, to the situation kinda being over, to you knowing it wasn't over. In other words you clearly have no issues lying, or at the very least bending the truth.

How can we know you are not also lying when you say you will do better, how do I know that is the truth when the rest of your testimony in here hasn't been?
Why didn't you just tell us the truth from the beginning?

How can i be trusted?. If i was to be unbanned it would stay the same as it was before this slip up, and yeah i maybe switched some words around only because i wanted to be unbanned quicker but i've realised it weren't gonna get me unbanned quicker as it drags it out because you guys know what really happened. was a mistake on my part but i will stay loyal to the rules if i get a second chance. Why should i get unbanned after lying? Because of my lack of bans/warning before this happened. If you dont unban me i completely understand but i can assure you i wouldn't break another rule again for my whole time being on this server.
If i were to break another rule i should be punished twice as much if i made a mistake again.

I'm going to be blunt, I think you lied to us quite a bit in this appeal and I dont really appreciate it. As Nomad stated how can we trust what you are promising us when you changed your story 4 times over. I think you need to rethink this whole appealing because saying stuff in order for this to go over quicker essentially tricking the admins doesnt really fill me with confidence I need to unban you, what it does however is raise some red flags.

I will Deny this appeal on this occasion purely because of the lies through out it. Feel free to open another one without lies this time, remember we know the truth and only you admitting to it and telling the full story how it happend without twisting the truth and owning up to your mistakes will get you unbanned.
