Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and others were chilling outside Baha mamas when someone decided to smash into cars and run people over. After them being downed out the car, he then started calling people the N word and was not acting as if he was shot. I believe after he passed away that he came back again and did the same thing but this time many more were downed. Unfortunately I cant confirm this as I didn't get the footage but they looked the same from a distance.
