Please (in detail) describe the incident: So a guy tried stealing my friends bike as well as someone's car at the key store. As we encountered the guy we asked what he was doing and he was chatting shit to us. In return I stabbed him and killed him. I was going o leave him but he deserved to go to the hospital so I offered to take him. he said no then eh calls me a "dirty little Mexican" since my character is Mexican so I punched his body until he was hidden. I go back 5 minutes later he was gone due to his mate putting him in hospital. His friend wasn't there so he either meta gamed in discord or answered his phone and said his location

From the footage you have provided, it looks like this was said and done within the RP scenario. As you mentioned yourself:

Things said in roleplay, stay in roleplay. The characters you create in our community stay in-game. Anything out of game can and will be dealt with.
If it is requested that someone stops using words or phrases of that kind, they are expected to stop. 

These cases are handled one by one, depending on the context and in this particular scenario, I do not see an out of character connection or the intend to personally attack anyone. 

Since the record of the player in question is fairly clean so far, I will hand out a warning to choose words more wisely in future, otherwise there might be harsher punishments handed out. 


Considering the metagaming, it is very hard to prove and I don´t have any context on it from the provided footage. Therefore, I can not act on anything anyway.
